Financial Assistance:

We will assist the patient with purchasing their prescribed Blood Cancer medication if they are unable to do so, at least twice a year. To qualify for this service, the individual must show documentation of diagnosis from their physician and proof of income. To find out more, please contact us.

Outdoor Activities:

Our Clients/Patients can join TEAM DDM in the “LLS Light the Night” walks and receive donations under TEAM DDM name. We will also provide other seasonal indoor and outdoor activities. Please contact us for more information.

DDM Award Program:

We will honor deserving individuals who go over and beyond their duties such as care givers and individuals who have a form of leukemia, lymphoma or related blood disorders that have worked with others hard towards remission. To qualify for this program, a complete application is required and must be approved by the Board of Directors. Contact us for more information.

Toy Drive:

There will be a toy drive at least once a year. The toys will be donated to University of Chicago Comer’s Children Hospital. Please contact us for more information.
